Reed Johnson

Reed Johnson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Administration from Trident University International. Reed worked at the US Army as a Human Resources Manager overseeing multiple HR departments and educating staff on HR software functionality. Reed then moved on to work at Kauffman Engineering managing staffing needs and payroll. Prior to their current role as Deputy Director of Human Resources at Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Reed worked at Valiant Integrated Services as a Manager in People Resources Compliance & Labor Center. Reed's experience includes managing HR compliance, HRIS teams, and preparing necessary documents for government agencies.
