Amanda Richards began their career at Rapid Response Monitoring in 2013 as a Data Entry Specialist, where they entered and audited data being entered into the customer database, fielded inbound inquiries from clients and their customers, verified jurisdictional requirements, and assisted with any additional projects as requested by Management. Amanda also assisted with follow ups for UL 2050 data entry, created a new account checklist, and trained multiple new team members on the requirements of UL 2050 accounts. During this time, they also held roles as an Elite Team Member and Central Station Alarm Specialist.

In 2020, Amanda Richards returned to Rapid Response Monitoring as a Dealer Support Account Executive and a Sonitrol Data Entry Specialist. In this role, they updated and maintained the customer database with accurate information, while also assisting with installation and troubleshooting of SONITROL systems with field technicians on location. Amanda also maintained and developed training documents, trained new specialists, and handled escalated calls and requests pertaining to customer complaints and troubleshooting system errors.

Amanda Richards earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science/Studies from the State University of New York College at Oswego between 2008 and 2013.
