John O.

John O. has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the information technology field. John served as the Director of Global Infrastructure and Corporate Security at Rapid Response Monitoring since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Information Technology at the same company since March 2017. Earlier in their career, John O. worked as the Chief Information Officer at Finger Lakes Health from July 2006 to June 2016.

John O. began their education at the University of Miami from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at Cornell University from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they attended the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2008 and obtained a Certificate in Executive Healthcare Leadership Program. In the same year, they also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering at Cornell University, which they completed in 2013. In 2010, John O. attended Harvard Business School for a short-term program called Executive IT Leadership, focused on sharpening their skills in this area.
