Michael Welton

Operations Elite Team Manager

Michael Welton has had a progressive career in management. Michael started as a Customer Service Representative at Rapid Response Monitoring in March 2016 and quickly moved up the ranks to become an Operations Shift Supervisor in December 2016. In this role, they led and launched the overnight team. In September 2017, they were promoted to Operations Overnight Manager, where they focused on employee satisfaction and engagement, managing over 40 employees. Most recently, Michael has been the Operations Elite Team Manager since May 2022, overseeing the most skilled specialists across all three shifts and directly managing around 60 employees. Prior to their time at Rapid Response Monitoring, Michael served as an Assistant Manager at Five Guys Enterprises from January 2015 to March 2016, where they gained basic management skills and oversaw 10-13 employees.

Michael Welton attended California State University-San Bernardino from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology.
