Raul H.

Raul H. has extensive work experience in language program management, training, quality assurance, and interpretation. Raul started their career as a Corporate Bilingual Trainer at Multilingual Translation Services in 2003, where they worked as an interpreter and translator. In 2005, they joined Rapid Response Monitoring as a Corporate Bilingual Trainer, where they designed and implemented Spanish training programs and provided interpretation services. Raul was then promoted to various managerial positions, including Manager of Language Services, Quality Assurance/Shift Trainers Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Training and Quality Assurance Manager. In these roles, Raul was responsible for developing training processes, managing teams, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of operations.
