Thomas Williams has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2012, they served as an Assistant Manager at Five Guys Enterprises until 2014. Later in 2014, they joined Rapid Response Monitoring where they initially worked as a Control Center Supervisor and eventually transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager in April 2022.

Thomas Williams attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
