Tan Moorthy is an accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience in the global IT services industry, specializing in strategy, operations, education, talent development, and technology implementation. Currently serving as an advisory board member at the Naveen Jindal School of Management and RS Metrics, Tan provides strategic consultation in workforce transformation, ESG, and sustainable development. Previously, Tan held significant roles at Infosys, including Head of US Delivery Operations and Global Head of Education, Training & Assessments, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, training, and engagement of service delivery teams. Additional leadership positions at Infosys involved scaling educational programs and driving major service offerings. Tan's career also includes an impactful tenure at Inventa Corporation as General Manager, where strategy and operations were collaboratively defined.
