Bradley Grainger

Bradley Grainger has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the lighting and utility industries. Bradley began their career as an Assistant Project Engineer at Sachs Electric Company, where they managed electricians for new construction projects. Bradley then worked as a Facilities Engineer at Monsanto and later at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where they were responsible for building renovation projects.

Grainger then joined Champion Electric Inc. as the Service Department Manager, overseeing business development, contract administration, and labor scheduling. Bradley later joined SimplexGrinnell as a Sales Engineer, assisting with the specification and purchasing of fire alarm and networked systems.

In 1997, Grainger joined Acuity Brands as a Factory Sales Representative, where they grew their expansion territory significantly. Bradley then became a Regional Sales Manager at Acuity Brands' Holophane division, managing a sales team and implementing a 5-year strategy to double sales. Bradley later served as the Regional Sales Vice President, responsible for hiring and managing staff and overseeing utility manufacturer's representative firms.

Grainger then joined The Lighting Quotient as the Central Region Manager, managing independent manufacturers representatives in the lighting industry. Most recently, they worked at RS Technologies as the Vice President of Sales and the Director of North American Sales, leading the sales team and driving business development in the utility market.

Bradley Grainger began their education journey at East Central College from 1980-1983. During this time, they pursued an Associates-Pre-Engineering degree with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Following this, from 1983-1985, they attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology and obtained a BS-Engineering Management degree with a specialization in Engineering.
