Vadim Levtchouk

Vadim Levtchouk has extensive experience in technology and engineering leadership roles. Vadim currently holds the position of Director of Technology at RS Technologies Inc., where they lead process engineering and project engineering, focusing on implementing new processes and acquiring new technologies in advanced composites manufacturing. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Technology at Composite Access Products (CAP) from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the development and implementation of innovations and advanced technologies throughout the organization. From 2019 to 2020, Vadim worked as the Technical Director at Able Manufacturing And Assembly LLC., leading quality and engineering teams and driving product designs from concept to production. Before that, they held the position of Senior Research Engineering Lead at Molded Fiber Glass (MFG) Companies from 2015 to 2019, leading the development of next-generation materials and processes for liquid composite molding. Vadim also served as the Engineering Director/Manager at Molded Fiber Glass - South Dakota from 2010 to 2019, leading the engineering division and implementing CAD/CAM/CAE capabilities. Earlier in their career, Vadim held the role of Director of Engineering and R&D at GlenMartin, Inc. from 2008 to 2010 and Operbus S.A. de C.V. from 2000 to 2008. Throughout their career, Vadim has demonstrated expertise in driving technological advancements, strategic planning, and collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to identify growth opportunities.

Vadim Levtchouk obtained their Master's degree and PhD in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' between 1981 and 1987. Later on, from 1996 to 2000, they pursued a PhD in Computational Sciences, specializing in Artificial Intelligence at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
