RS Tecnology is world’s leading manufacturers of vacuum cooking cutters and autoclaves using Induction technology for heating.
Our machines are suitable for Confectionery, Bakery, Chocolate shop, Gelateria, Industry, Farm, Gastronomy, Canteen, Catering, Convenience food, Supermarket, Laboratory, Diary Industry, etc.
RS Tecnology was established in 2008 as individual company, prototypes and first machines have been manufactured in a garage near Bologna.
In 2014 became RS Tecnology srl and moved to the actual building in Castello d’Argile (BO).
RS Tecnology machines are simple rugged machines that can withstand the punishment of the production floor.  From the outset we wanted to build machines that were simple to operate and built to last a long time. The machines are not over-engineered or built with exotic, custom parts. 
Everything on RS Tecnology machine has been scrutinized by our engineers and tested by customers for years. Today RS Tecnology machine is the result of an evolution of being tested in production. You may ask why RS Tecnology machines are designed a certain way or why certain functions behave as they do, but the answer will always be the same; because it works….. and it works well. This is the simple genius of the RS Tecnology machine.

Magnetic induction applied on stainless steel vessel is our patent.  From the outset we wanted to build machines able to save energy. Magnetic Induction was the answer. It convey instantly the heating power with performance of 95% of the absorbed power.
We design, manufacture, assemble, test and ship two lines of machines; 
multifunction vacuum cooking cutters and autoclaves for pasteurization/sterilization.
