Clyde Debono

Clyde Debono is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Financial Reporting & Control Manager at RS2 since January 2020, following a promotion to this managerial role in early 2023. In this position, Clyde leads the finance department, overseeing daily operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while mentoring team members. Previously, Clyde held roles at RS2 as a Financial Analyst, responsible for preparing the three-year budget and conducting monthly analyses, and as an Accountant, preparing monthly management accounts and ensuring compliance with IFRS. Prior experience includes a tenure at PwC Malta, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets, where Clyde progressed from Associate to Senior Associate and then Supervisor, focusing on auditing entities and evaluating internal controls. Clyde holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Banking & Finance from the University of Malta.
