Ian Gatt

Ian Gatt currently serves as the Head of People at RS2 since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ian worked as an HR Business Partner specializing in employee relations across multiple countries, including Malta, Belgium, Murcia, and the UK, at Evolution from June 2023 to February 2024. Ian's extensive experience in human resources includes significant positions at RS2 Software plc, where roles ranged from Human Resources Manager to Talent Acquisition and Retention Executive, and earlier roles at Miller Distributors Ltd as Deputy Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, Ian's career began in journalism at Public Broadcasting Services Limited in Malta. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Suffolk, a Master's degree in New Media & Society from the University of Leicester, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce, complemented by a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Malta and a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development from Malta Employers' Association and MISCO.
