Moath Alaabed

Moath Alaabed is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in healthcare solutions and project implementation. Currently serving as the Business Analyst Team Lead at RS2 since January 2018, Moath oversees client-related production incidents and ensures effective triage of Service Requests while maintaining client service level agreements. Previous roles include Senior Business System Analyst and ERP Specialist Functional Consultant at Electronic Health Solutions, where Moath contributed to healthcare solutions for major hospitals. Additional experience includes business development at the International Medical Training Academy and system implementation at Adaptive TechSoft. Moath holds a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Jordan and furthered studies in English Literature in the UK.
