Alex Finlay is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at RSA since September 2014, Alex provides expert compliance advice and supports senior management on strategic initiatives and regulatory projects. Prior to this role, Alex spent over 16 years at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., progressing through various compliance positions, including Global Life Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included delivering a global compliance program and providing assurance to governance committees.
