Anthony Aronin is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational leadership and management across various roles within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Telematics at RSA since April 2016, Anthony oversees the operational management of the Telematics P&L, designs operational strategies, and leads agile development teams while managing stakeholder relationships. Prior to RSA, Anthony held several senior positions at Swinton Insurance from September 1984 to November 2015, including Head of Retail Network, where leadership extended over 90 retail sites and multiple commercial centers, and Head of Motorcycle Call Centre, achieving significant growth in gross written premium (GWP). Anthony also contributed to operational transformation initiatives directly with the CEO and Operations Director. Anthony holds an MBA and a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kingston Business School, complemented by an education from Wimbledon College.
