Dom Lopes

Dom Lopes is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in corporate underwriting and risk control services. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Underwriting at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions since June 2021, Dom Lopes also holds the position of Assistant Vice President for First Party & Risk Control Services at RSA Canada, where responsibilities include overseeing Property Strategy for Global Specialty Lines. Dom Lopes has a long-standing tenure at RSA Canada, which began in December 2010, and previously served as the Director of National Risk Control Services. Prior roles include Vice President of Property Underwriting & Engineering at ACE Canada and Western Loss Control Leader at RSA. Dom Lopes earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 1981 to 1986.
