Dualta C. is an experienced CISO and IT Risk Management professional with over 25 years of expertise across various industry sectors. Currently serving as the CISO and Head of IT Architecture and Resilience at RSA Insurance Ireland, Dualta leverages extensive knowledge from roles in 1st line IT, Internal Audit, and IT consultancy within Big 4 professional services. Previous positions include a Manager role at Ernst & Young, a Senior Manager at Aviva, and a CISO at RSA, where they enhanced their skills in governance of outsourced IT security services. Dualta holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from Ulster University.
