Gemma Jackson has served as the UK&I Head of Diversity & Inclusion at RSA since January 2007, where a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for employees is evident. Prior experience includes roles as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on the alignment of learning solutions with organizational strategy. Gemma began a career at RSA as a Property & Liability Underwriter, advancing to Team Leader within nine months, managing diverse teams across several disciplines. Additionally, Gemma was the Chair of Governors at Gamesley Community Primary School from May 2019 to October 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gender & Sexuality Studies at Birkbeck, University of London.
