Helen Shield

Helen Shield is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Director at HELIX FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED since September 2011, Helen also holds the position of Finance Systems Change Delivery Leader at RSA since June 2016 and has previously worked as a Finance Systems Analyst. Prior to these roles, Helen was a Solvency II Project Manager and PMO/Financial Analyst at The Co-operative Insurance, and held senior financial analyst positions at RSA focusing on Solvency II and balance sheet remediation. Helen's career began at Marshall Diel & Myers as Group Financial Controller, and included roles at Symphony Management, RSA, and Unisys Insurance Services Limited. An ACCA qualified professional, Helen earned a BA in Accounting & Finance from Bangor University.
