As VP of Global Services and General Manager, RSA Egypt Center of Excellence, Karim Raslan leads the RSA Customer Success and Professional Services teams, helping to deliver best-in-class customer support and drive growth.
Karim brings more than 20 years of Global Services experience to his role, having led global teams from APJ to the Americas. As the leader of Professional Services and Customer Success in EMEA, Karim drove more than 150% in Services growth, helping to ensure that RSA customers realize value from the solutions.
Karim has received two master’s degrees, one in Wireless communication and authentication, and an MBA in international business.
