Kate Carter

Kate Carter is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Statutory Reporting at RSA since October 2019, where responsibilities include producing consolidated financial statements for RSA Insurance Group plc and UK subsidiaries, as well as managing external audit relationships. Prior roles at RSA and RSA Canada include Director of Financial Reporting, where IFRS and SII submissions were managed, and various positions within the financial reporting team, contributing to statutory reporting and audit relations. Kate's career began in 2007 at RSA, where a significant focus was on producing annual and interim financial statements, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management across finance and business operations. Kate holds an ACA qualification and is an alumna of the University of Birmingham.
