Mark has a proven track record in driving fast growth, managing significant change, and executing successful mergers and acquisitions. In addition to a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer outcomes, Mark has demonstrated expertise in financial and non-financial risk management across large corporate and private equity-backed environments. Currently pursuing an MBA at Cranfield School of Management, Mark is dedicated to building a diverse portfolio of non-executive director roles.
