Mark Woods

Mark Woods has extensive experience in the reinsurance sector, currently serving as the UK Reinsurance Treaty Manager at RSA since March 2014. In this role, Mark is responsible for the design, management, negotiation, and placement of various reinsurance treaties, including Motor, Casualty, Professional Indemnity, and Directors & Officers. Key contributions include maintaining data quality, overseeing RSA’s insurance program, and providing expertise in Casualty Reinsurance. Prior to this position, Mark held multiple roles at RSA from 1984 to 2014, culminating in leadership positions such as Lead Underwriter for Global and Risk Managed Casualty Risks and Head of Casualty.
