Matthew Jubb has extensive experience in risk management and operations, currently serving in various leadership roles at RSA since May 2004, including Risk and Control's Team Lead and CMR Referral Team Lead. Matthew has also led initiatives in simplification and technical operations, with a strong background in motor insurance and telematics customer management. Prior to RSA, Matthew served as a Trooper in the British Army from January 1999 to April 2004. Matthew holds multiple NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Information Technology, Mathematics, and English from Army Foundation College, as well as a National Apprenticeship in Mounted Dutyman/Horse Care from Windsor Barracks.
