Paul Challoner

Paul Challoner is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering operations and supply chain management. From April 2011 to February 2014, Paul served as the Engineering Operational Development Leader at Royal & SunAlliance, where responsibilities included developing the Engineering Operations strategy and enhancing customer service while managing financial outcomes. Additionally, Paul held various leadership roles, including Supply Chain Manager and Service Delivery Director, overseeing teams of Engineer Surveyors and ensuring high-quality inspection services for around 1,300 customers in the UK and ROI. Since July 2016, Paul has been the Commercial Director at Carpenters, one of the UK's leading RTA law firms, focusing on business growth, operating model improvements, and supplier relationship management. Prior experience also includes the role of Engineering SRM and Supply Chain Manager at RSA from January 2010 to April 2011.
