Phil Abrol

Phil Abrol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data protection and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Data Protection & AI Regulatory Compliance Manager at RSA since January 2023, Phil is responsible for overseeing the organization’s data protection framework and ethical AI governance. Previously, Phil held the position of Data Protection Manager (FTC) at Rathbones Group Plc from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing data protection frameworks and providing support for organizational changes and acquisitions. Phil’s earlier roles include Data Protection Manager at SCC, where a comprehensive data protection framework was designed and implemented, as well as a long tenure at Aon, progressing from Senior Technical Analyst to Data Protection Governance Manager, focusing on GDPR compliance and governance. Phil holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
