Phil Moore

Phil Moore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Phil serves as the Finance COO and Head of Finance for the UK Insurance Services and Claims division at RSA since February 2009. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Senior Finance Analyst at Alliance & Leicester from November 2007 to January 2009, and worked as a Commercial Finance Manager at EFS from November 2005 to November 2007. Phil's career in finance began at Royal & Sun Alliance, where responsibilities included serving as Financial Reporting Manager from September 1997 to November 2005. Phil holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Leeds, earned between 1993 and 1997.
