Pip Henderson

Pip Henderson is an experienced Programme Manager currently leading multiple programmes in the shared services function at RSA since March 2024. Prior to this role, Pip served as a Delivery Manager at B2E Consulting from January 2014 to March 2024, contributing to innovative consulting solutions for business transformation. An interim Senior Project Manager for the eTrading Programme at NIG from October 2012 to December 2013, Pip defined the data migration strategy for NIG and Direct Line for Business. A career break was taken from May to October 2012 to focus on family. Pip's extensive background at Accenture from January 1998 to May 2012 includes various senior roles in financial services, notably as a Migration Solution Architect and Senior Project Manager for Royal Sun Alliance. Pip holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Southampton and completed high school education at St. George's School, Harpenden, with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
