Randy J Wheaton

Randy J Wheaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and retail sectors. Since 2016, Randy has served as the Property Claims Team Lead for the Eastern Region at RSA, following a previous role as Team Leader in Personal Insurance at RSA Canada from 2013 to 2015. In this capacity, Randy facilitated best practice sharing among Team Leaders and effectively communicated corporate goals to ensure team performance. From 1985 to 2012, Randy held various positions at Loblaw Companies Limited, including Management Training Specialist, where Randy collaborated with the Executive Team on employee development and managed training projects across Atlantic Canada. Additional roles included Merchandising Coordinator, where Randy analyzed category growth strategies, and Advertising Coordinator, responsible for final advertising approvals and production coordination. Randy holds a degree from Mount Allison University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
