Ritika Sethi

Ritika Sethi has extensive experience in the actuarial and consulting fields, currently employed at RSA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ritika served as a Manager at KPMG Global Services Private Limited from October 2022 to October 2023, and held the position of Senior Consultant at RSA from February 2021 to October 2022. Earlier in the career, Ritika worked as a Consultant at Deloitte U.S. India offices from February 2015 to February 2021, and as an Actuary Analyst at XL India Business Services Pvt Ltd from July 2014 to January 2015. The career began as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and Corporate Actuarial Analyst P&C at Swiss Re Shared Services Pvt Ltd from December 2010 to June 2014. Ritika holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management with a focus on Finance and Actuarial Science from Delhi University, completed between 2006 and 2009, and is also associated with the Institute of Actuaries of India.
