Ty Monarch

Ty Monarch is a Human Resources Specialist at RSC Mechanical, Inc., since June 2022, responsible for overseeing the onboarding process and coordinating candidate communication. Previously served as a Human Resources Assistant, focusing on employee relations and team collaboration. Ty's diverse experience includes freelancing as an illustrator, where project management and client communication were key, as well as roles in Designhaus Architecture as a Drafting Assistant and Administrative Assistant, acting as a liaison between clients and staff. Ty began a career in sales and marketing at Gerry's Distributing Co., supporting promotional initiatives while balancing academic pursuits. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Aided Drafting & Design from St. Clair County Community College and two high school diplomas from Blue Water Middle College Academy and Yale Senior High School.
