Karla Brown

Karla Brown is an accomplished marketing and customer success professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at RSC2 Inc. since January 2023, Karla has also operated as an Independent Marketing Consultant since August 2017. Previous positions include Director of Marketing at 9th Way Insignia and Managing Director at Brown & Burkholder Realty Group LLC, among others. With a solid foundation in marketing and communications from Information Innovators Inc., Karla's career began as a Research Technologist at the American Red Cross. Karla holds an MBA in Marketing & Business Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
