Dries Belaen

Dries Belaen has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of recruitment and logistics management. Dries started their career in 2005 at Crop's, where they worked as a Logistics Manager for over 13 years. In 2015, they transitioned to the sports industry and joined Club Brugge, initially working as a Scout for U13-U21 for a year before becoming Responsible Recruitment for U15-U21 for two years. From 2018 to 2020, Dries served as the Head of Recruitment Academy at Club Brugge. In 2020, they moved to RSC Anderlecht and currently holds the position of Head of Recruitment.

Dries Belaen received their Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from HOGENT in 2001-2004, and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution in 2004-2005.
