Joachim V.

Joachim V. has extensive work experience in the field of football scouting and coaching. Joachim currently holds the position of Head scouting & recruitment for RSCA Women's Football at RSC Anderlecht. Joachim also runs their own scouting company called JVH scouting. Prior to this, Joachim worked as a Scout and Sport Coordinator at 4 Dimensions Consultancy, where they provided personalized support to players, coaches, teams, and clubs. Joachim also had roles as a Trainer and Position trainer for KAA Gent Ladies and as a Head scout for KSK Londerzeel. In addition to their football-related roles, Joachim has previous experience in the finance sector and teaching, working in roles such as Douane & Accijnzen at FOD Financiën - SPF Finances and as a teacher at VTI te Aalst and EDUGO school Oostakker.

Joachim V. completed the Talentscout 1 program at Voetbal Vlaanderen / KBVB in 2018. In 2021-2022, Joachim pursued further education in the field of sports by completing the Talentscout 2 program at Voetbal Vlaanderen. Joachim also obtained additional certifications for both Talentscout 1 and Talentscout 2 from Voetbal Vlaanderen.
