Patrick Lefevere is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cycling industry and talent management. Since 2003, Patrick has served as the CEO of Quick-Step Floors Cycling Team, overseeing the operation of a premier professional cycling team. Additional leadership roles include CEO positions at Decolef Lux Sarl, decolef holding sarl, and Decolef Belgium Branch, all dedicated to cycling management. As a founder of Experza Bvba, Patrick has developed a job agency specializing in technical workers in Belgium. Previously, Patrick held the role of CEO at ZB Sports Development bvba, and served as president of both IPCT and AIGCP.
