Andy MacDowall is an experienced professional in civil engineering, currently serving as FEED Director, FFED Director, and Project Delivery Manager at RSE since August 2015. Prior to that, Andy held the position of Director of Operations at Jacobs for a brief period in early 2015, and served as a Senior Project Manager at Scottish Water Solutions from January 2010 to July 2015. Andy's career began at Babtie Asia as a Senior Engineer from September 2000 to April 2003. Andy MacDowall holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, completed between 1986 and 1990, following studies at Oban High School from 1984 to 1986.
