David Graham

David Graham is an experienced Operations Manager currently working at RSE since November 2023, overseeing operations in the Southern Region. Prior to this role, David was with Trant Engineering Ltd for more than six years, serving as Framework Director and Project Director for the Southern Water Framework, responsible for the strategic delivery of a program exceeding £250 million. David has held various leadership positions, including Framework Manager and Contracts Manager, managing large teams and complex projects within the Wessex Water Framework. Earlier in David's career, ownership of Complete M & E was established, focusing on energy-efficient building services. David's career also includes contracts management roles at GA Electrical and S R Harvey Electrical Ltd, with a solid educational foundation from Brighton MET and Brookfield.
