David Loossens is an Engineering Director with extensive experience in water treatment projects and systems. They served as a Commissioning Specialist at Boltings from 2017 to 2019 and as an Operations & Commissioning Liaison Engineer at Scottish Water from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, David held the role of Principal Technical Professional (Mechanical) at KBR, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, where they contributed to significant projects like Scottish Water’s £1.7 billion investment program.
