Fraser Darling

Fraser Darling is currently the Group Proposals Manager at Ross-Shire Engineering, where they lead a team in preparing high-quality tender submissions primarily in the municipal water and wastewater sectors. With over 20 years of diverse experience in civil engineering, Fraser has held significant roles including Senior Estimator at Story Construction, Project Manager at ScottishPower, and Site Civil Engineer at Malcolm Construction Services. They hold a BEng Honours degree in Civil Engineering with European Studies from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 1997. Fraser has demonstrated expertise in bid management, project management, and technical advisory services throughout their extensive career.
