Garry Bailey

Garry Bailey is an accomplished Commercial Director with extensive experience in managing a range of MEICA schemes valued between £5k and £55m. They have held significant roles at various companies, including Galliford Try and nmcn plc, where they demonstrated expertise in commercial management, contract administration, and risk mitigation. Currently serving as Commercial Director for Asset Management England & Wales at RSE, Garry remains proactive in ensuring profitability and cash positivity across business units while passionately leading and developing staff. Garry holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Bolton and has completed further studies in Construction Management.
