Stephen Webb

Stephen Webb currently serves as the Sustainability Manager at RSE, a position held since November 2020, which also includes responsibilities as Quality and Environmental Manager. In this role, Stephen collaborates with clients and suppliers across various industries to reduce emissions and achieve net zero targets while ensuring compliance. Previously, at Ross-shire Engineering, Stephen has held several positions since November 2011, including Quality and Environmental Manager and Environmental Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing quality and environmental systems and achieving ISO certifications. Prior experience includes a role as a self-employed domestic electrician and a successful tenure in the Royal Air Force, where Stephen advanced from Airframe Technician to Senior Airframe Specialist, focusing on aircraft maintenance and technical support. Stephen holds a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering Aerospace from RAF Halton.
