John Grover

John Grover is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with 35 years in various industry-leading businesses. They earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and are a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Grover began their career at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they spent over seven years and gained international experience in Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond. They held senior leadership roles at Pacific Brands for more than a decade and currently serves as General Counsel at RSEA Safety Australia. Throughout their career, Grover has contributed to the community through support of various sporting and educational organizations.
