Reena SenGupta serves as the Executive Director of RSGI, a global think tank focused on sustainable development within the legal industry, since September 2021. With nearly thirty years of experience, Reena has advised law firms, legal companies, and the Big Four on strategy and innovation. Prior to RSGI, Reena was a Membership Consultant for the Digital Legal Exchange, promoting digital transformation in corporate legal functions. Reena founded RSG Consulting, a research and strategy firm for the legal profession, and held key positions at Chambers and Partners, Swiss Bank Corporation, and Meridian Services. Reena holds an MSc in Urban Development Planning and a BA Hons in History from UCL.
