Reena SenGupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the legal and consulting sectors. As the Executive Director of RSGI since September 2021, Reena leads a global think-tank focused on promoting sustainability within the legal industry. Previously, as a Membership Consultant for the Digital Legal Exchange from February 2020 to February 2022, Reena supported efforts to accelerate digital transformation in corporate legal functions. Reena founded RSG Consulting in March 2001 and served as Managing Director until September 2021, establishing the firm as a prominent research and strategy business within the legal profession. Earlier in Reena's career, significant roles included Editor & Publishing Director at Chambers and Partners, where Reena revitalized the Chambers UK Guide, and contributions to the M&A transactions group at Swiss Bank Corporation, focusing on HR strategies. Reena holds an MSc in Urban Development Planning and a BA Hons in History, both from UCL.
