Tom Saunders

Tom Saunders is the Communities and Clients Director and Founding Shareholder at RSGI, where they have focused on law firm innovation and in-house legal department transformation since 2021. With prior roles as a Research Analyst and Research Consultant at RSG Consulting, Tom developed significant expertise in the intersection of data, technology, and legal services. They led the FT Intelligent Business project, exploring the convergence of these fields, and have been active in sustainability initiatives, notably collaborating on events promoting the net zero carbon transition. Tom holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course certification from Bournemouth University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Reading.
