Carol North is an experienced professional in innovation and data intelligence, currently serving as the Innovation Data Intelligence Director and Head of Innovation Data & Intelligence at RS. Previously, Carol held the position of Head of Digital Development (DesignSpark) and worked in various marketing and managerial roles, including Semis Marketing Manager at Avnet Abacus and Franchise Manager at Abacus Polar. Carol's early career included a role as a Clinical Support Worker in the Renal Unit at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and positions in product marketing at Electronics 2000 Ltd. Carol holds a degree in Data Science with a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship from Decoded Data Academy and studied at Birmingham City University between 1992 and 1994.
