Chris Dutton

Chris Dutton has a diverse range of work experience. Chris currently serves as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner at RS. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Intelligent Recruitment, focusing on hiring within the EMEA Technology market. Chris has also served as the Head of Projects at Stealth IT Recruitment, where they were responsible for sourcing rare talent and building sustainable talent communities. Chris has experience as a Founding Director at Rain IT Services and as a Principal Consultant at Hays IT, where they initiated coverage of the North West Interim/Contractor market and grew the business substantially. Before that, they held roles as a Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant at various recruitment agencies and as a BS5750 Administrator at ICI, where they monitored and tracked global freight shipments.

Chris Dutton attended the University of Bradford from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Honours) degree in Business and Management Studies.
