Cookie L. has extensive experience in human resources and project management, with a career that began as a Project Manager at Bondwest Consultants Co., Ltd and One Hundred Percent Consultants Co., Ltd from August 2005 to March 2007. Cookie transitioned to the role of Project Lead at Gemini Co., Ltd from April 2007 to April 2013, where responsibilities included developing new clients in the manufacturing sector. Following this, Cookie served as China HR Manager for Osram Asia Pacific Management Company/Siemens Group from April 2013 to April 2017, specializing in professional recruitment across China. Cookie then held the position of Group HRBP at HKT from April 2017 to August 2018, supporting various human resources functions for multiple business units. Currently, as Head of Human Resources at RS Components since August 2018, Cookie focuses on building the APAC Management Team and overseeing a wide range of HR activities. Cookie holds a Master's degree in Management from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Engineering from South China Agricultural University.
