Operations Management

The Operations Management team at RSGx is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of project operations across various sectors, including oil and gas and renewable energy. This team, comprised of strategic roles such as Commissioning Manager and Forward Planning & Integration Manager, focuses on optimizing processes, coordinating project timelines, and integrating services throughout the project management lifecycle—from initial design to maintenance and shutdowns—while maintaining strong communication with partners and stakeholders.
