Ben Irish is currently an IT Support Analyst at RSHP since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ben served as an EUS Analyst at Turning Point from June 2017 to April 2022. Ben's responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting network faults, and liaising with third-party suppliers for hardware and software procurement. Ben also has experience in active directory administration, desktop imaging, and creating knowledge base articles. Ben holds a qualification from Havering College of Further and Higher Education after completing education at Hallmead School.
