Dan McRae

Dan McRae is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at RSI since October 2022, Dan focuses on enhancing government operations and citizen services through innovative technology solutions. Previously, Dan held multiple roles, including Client Solution Architect at Array, where responsibilities included managing client integration projects and training teams in Agile practices. Dan’s expertise extends to technical program management at MX, overseeing development for financial technology solutions, and project management at Westring Technologies, inContact, and Ancestry.com, contributing significantly to product development and process improvement. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Automated Mesh Generation/Computer Aided Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Brigham Young University.
